Independent candidate from North Shillong Michael Kharsyntiew alleged the State Mahila BJP General Secretary of distributing money while the voting process is still on in Oakland, Shillong.
Kharsyntiew rounded the vehicle that was reportedly surrounded by people. A few minutes later, Voice of the People Party (VPP) candidate Adelbert Nongrum reached the scene to enquire about the situation.
