PHULBARI:
Former MLA SG Esmatur Mominin, a TMC candidate from the Phulbari Assembly constituency, filed his nomination at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Tura, West Garo Hills on February 3.
Another party leader Dr Mizanur Kazi who will contest the polls from the Rajabala seat on TMC ticket also filed his nomination on the same day.
