Kamrup Metro district transport officer (R&L) and assistant transport commissioner Gautam Das opened the new Yamaha Blue Square dealership at Jayanagar making it the first 3S Bluesquare dealership of Yamaha in the North East on March 28.
Bluesquare is a premier showroom of Yamaha encompassing the ethos of Yamaha’s Racing DNA and is designed to offer end-to-end sales, service, and spare support.
The new Bluesquare dealership launched under Green Valley Travels Pvt Ltd is a state-of-the-art facility with a showroom spiralling over 2000 sq feet and a workshop encompassing 4000sq ft making it one of the biggest two-wheelers workshops in the city.
Customers will have a one-stop solution for all their sales, service and spares problems at this state-of-the-art dealership.
In his inaugural speech, DTO Das urged the company, which has been involved in the transport sector for the last 40 years, to maintain all road safety norms while selling vehicles to customers.
“We are targeting to improve the revenue structure of the state and have surpassed the physical targets set in the last fiscal. This year also we are crossing the target,” Das said.
In his address, Green Valley Travels director Abhishek Goswami said, “We have been associated with Yamaha since 1985. We were the first dealers of Yamaha in the North East and we are proud to be dealer partners of Yamaha for such a long period.”
“With this dealership, we are planning to take customer satisfaction to an all new different level, as we are the only 3S Bluesquare dealership in Assam,” he said.
“Our first setup was in the Silpukhuri through which we have delivered more than 75,000+ motorcycles and scooters and is still running, making it one of the earliest showrooms of Yamaha in India and now we intend to carry the same legacy and success with this new Yamaha Bluesquare setup.
