Nepali Freshers’ Meet held in Shillong

SHILLONG:

The All Shillong Gorkhali Chaatra Sangathan (ASGCS) organised the third edition of Gorkha Freshers’ Meet at U Soso Tham Auditorium in Shillong on September 10.

Cabinet Minister Paul Lyngdoh graced the occasion as chief guest, with Dr Santaram Joshi and Himalaya M Sangpliang as guests of honour.

The meet, organised every year, by the Shillong Gorkhali Chaatra Sangathan is aimed at introducing and uniting all the Gorkhali people who study in various colleges in Shillong.
