NONGPOH:
Four frontal pressure groups of Ri Bhoi District namely the KSU, FKJGP, RBYF, and HNYF observed the non-cooperation movement by shutting down different governmental offices on November 25.
The groups even interrupted the walk-in interview at the office of the Superintending Engineer, PHE, in Nongpoh.
The Non-Cooperation Movement was organised by the pressure groups to protest against the shooting incident by Assam Police at Mukroh village West Jaintia Hills District which led to the death of five persons on November 22.
