Guwahati:
The petrol price in Guwahati experienced a massive blow after it crossed Rs 100 mark on March 29.
Petrol price in Assam’s Guwahati was recorded at Rs 100.76 on Wednesday.
On the other hand, the diesel price in Guwahati was recorded at Rs 86.73.
While Petrol prices increased by 89 paise, diesel prices have increased by 85 paise.
The spiralling prices of fuel coupled with the recently hiked price of refills and price hike in kitchen essentials have burnt a hole in the pockets of people, whose monthly
budget is already reeling from the impact of the pandemic.
