Robin Hibu conferred with ‘Ati Utkrisht Seva Padak’ for serving NE citizens

The first IPS officer from Arunachal Pradesh Robin Hibu has been conferred with the coveted ‘Ati Utkrisht Seva Padak‘, on July 5.

Hibu was conferred for his relentless efforts to serve the Northeast people in distress, empowering them by raising awareness about crucial subjects and providing them with all legal-emergency assistance and educational facilities.

Referring to the cop as “Police officer with Golden Heart”, the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Pema Khandu took to Twitter and wrote, “Police officer with Golden Heart! Congratulations Shri Robin Hibu, IPS, Spl Commissioner of police, @DelhiPolice, for being conferred with Ati Utkrist Seva Padak. Your service to people of NE in distress is exemplary & you continue to inspire many. Carry on the good work. (sic)”
