Shillong Sports Association (SSA) will host the Women Football League Tournament 2022, which is scheduled to begin on March 21, 2022.
According to an official press release on Sunday, only teams from the East Khasi Hills District will be able to compete in the tournament. Only fully vaccinated players are allowed to take part in the tournament. The entry fee is Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) for each team and must be paid before March 5, 2022. The Shillong Sports Association Office will provide the team with a registration form for Rs.50/- each set (5 sheets) on the day the entry fee is received.
The registration fee for each player is Rs.50/-, and teams are limited to registering not more than 25 (twenty-five) players. No late registration will be accepted by the organisation.
Registration of players, together with a xerox copy of their vaccination certificate, must be sent to the Association’s office by March 16, 2022. Players who register without a copy of their vaccination certificates will be barred from participating in the competition. The Association will review the registration of all teams’ players prior to the commencement of the event and reserves the right to reject any players who do not have proper documentation.
The squad can only have three officials enrolled. Duration of the match will be 30+10+30 minutes.
The victorious team will receive cash award of Rs.30000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) and the runner-up team will get Rs.18000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand) in addition to medals and certificates along with the winner’s trophy.
