NONGPOH:
Two persons sustained injuries after one Shillong-bound truck (ML 05 S 4493) rammed into their scooter bearing the registration number – ML 05 B 5515 at Umsning Bypass in Ri Bhoi District on January 26.
Following the incident, it was reported that the truck driver drove past the injured individuals but was later caught by the police.
The truck driver was arrested and a case has been registered against him at Umsning Police Station.
