SHILLONG:
UDP candidate Paul Lyngdoh cast his vote at Lumkshaid in Mawprem on February 27.
Speaking to media persons after casting his vote, Lyngdoh expressed confidence in UDP winning by a huge margin.
Calling himself a candidate well-suited for this job, Lyngdoh said, “The qualities that people look for in a candidate are education, experience, energy, empathy and I have all that.”
In the last election, people were wooed by money and hoped that this time, voters vote for change, he added.
