SHILLONG: One vehicle – a bolero with an Assam registration plate went up in flames in the wee hours of May 27 around 2.30 am at Lawmali, near Meghalaya Institute of Mental Health and Neurological Science (MIMHANS).
Police informed that the vehicle was parked outside MIMHANS. Fire tenders were pushed into action, to douse the flame. The vehicle, however, is completely burnt.
The reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
