Chief Minister and NPP candidate from South Tura Conrad K Sangma is confident in NPP coming to power again, and expressed gratitude to the people for coming out in large numbers to cast their votes.
Speaking to media persons after casting his vote at Walbakgre polling station in Tura on February 27 afternoon, Sangma said they have received a good response from everywhere.
“People are coming out in large numbers to vote and this is good for democracy,” Sangma said, adding that they are confident of coming back to power.
