SHILLONG:
Meghalaya girl Deikisha Lyngdoh Talang won the first runner up position in the recently concluded season six of Top Model India and also the Miss Personality title.
Talang is also an actress from Shillong with her movie ‘Ahor’ set to be released in October this year.
The event was held in New Delhi from September 19 till September 23, 2022 at ITC Fortune Select Global, MG Road, Gurugram.
A national model hunt organised by India Exquisite Pageant under the leadership of former beauty queen Rajni Subba, the winner will represent India internationally.
The winner from the female category was Manpreet Kaur from Uttarakhand, while the second runner up was Annu Hooda from Haryana.
From the male category, Somnath Goswani from Telangana emerged as the winner of Top Model India season six, with Sarfaraz Shaikh from Odisha winning first runner up, and Divyanshu Verma from New Delhi winning the second runner up title.
