MEGHALAYA:

Habanjop Richmond Marbaniang, a 15-year-old athlete of Rama Krishna Mission Sohra, proved his mettle in the Phase-II of the Talent Identification Program organised by the Meghalaya State Olympic Association (MSOA), in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Meghalaya.

In this program held on March 17 at Sohra in East khasi Hills district, Marbaniang completed one exercise in record time of 2.91 seconds, breaking the record of the International Global Benchmark, which was 3 seconds.
