The Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, General Administration (A) Department has informed that two days of State Mourning will be observed on April 26 and 27 as a mark of respect to former chief minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal who breathed his last on April 25
During the period of state mourning, the National Flag will be flown at half mast throughout the State and there will be no official entertainment on these two days, the Commissioner & Secretary said.
