MEGHALAYA :
Five-time legislator from Pynthorumkhrah constituency and BJP candidate ALexander Laloo Hek on February 6 projected himself as a chief minister candidate even as he claimed that Meghalaya needs a double engine government – the Modi-Hek double engine.
Speaking to reporters after filing his nomination, Hek said, “We need a double engine government, Delhi Modi sarkar, Meghalaya Modi sarkar and A L Hek as the chief minister.”
