SHILLONG:
Archbishop of Shillong, Archdiocese Victor Lyngdoh, informed that the Church has been preparing the centenary celebration of the arrival of the Salestian congregation for a long time.
Speaking to reporters on October 19, he said that the concluding part of the celebration will be held on October 30,2022.
He also informed that Vatican representative Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli will arrive in the state on October 29 and will preside over the Holy Mass.
Archbishop also informed that the annual Eucharistic Procession will be held on November 13, 2022. The annual procession will be held after a gap of two years.
