The Hynniewtrep Integrated Territorial Organization (HITO) Saphai area in Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint at Raliang Outpost against Dhar Company for poor execution of Pasyih-Garampani road.
The HITO claimed that it was blacktopped only recently and has asked the Dhar Company to repair the road.
The members of HITO scraped the road with their hands and decided to complain to the Lokayukta.
