Miracle defeated Mean Machine in the final of the TDCA Inter-Club Cricket Tournament 2021-22, at Alotgre Cricket Ground, Tura on Tuesday.
With this victory, Miracle were also crowned league champions of Divison A.
Miracle, after winning the toss, elected to field after which, they restricted the opponent at a par score of 130/8 in 25 overs. In reply, Miracle chased down the target in 18.3 overs.
Bonknam Sangma scored 42runs and Dippu Sangma scored quickfire 54 runs to help chase down the target comfortably.
Player-of-the-match: Rony Marak of Miracle took 5 wickets in 5 overs, including a hat-trick in the match.
Player-of-the-tournament was awarded to Hiraj Rabha of Mean Machine, while the award for best batsman, went to Karimul of Mean Machine. Rony Marak of Miracle won the award for best bowler and the emerging player award went to Alfriang Sangma of Northern United.
