But wait, the Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) has jumped on the bandwagon, insisting on a spring capital for Nongstoin and autumn capital in Jaintia Hills as opposed to Jaintia Student’s Union (JSU), who had earlier advocated for an exclusive summer capital in Jaintia Hills.
