NONGPOH:
A passing out cum felicitation programme was held for 21 youths who completed the 49th batch field assistant training course from Conservation Training Institute (CTI), Byrnihat, on April 5.
The felicitation programme was attended by cabinet minister Marcuise N Marak as chief guest, I Rynjah Director of Soil and Water Conservation, OT Lyngwa Divisional Soil and Water Conservation Officer, and other officers and relatives of the youths who completed their training.
Of the 21 youths who competed their training this year, five of them are females and 16 are males.
