SHILLONG:
The 22nd Shad Suk Mynsiem of the Seng Khasi West Khasi Hills District came to a colourful end at the Lympung Shad in New Nongstoiñ on May 22.
The festival witnessed the participation of around 258 dancers — 120 males and 138 females.
The festival started on May 21 with prayers and rituals performed by the elders of the Seng Khasi Seng Kmie in Mawkhar at the Iing Seng in Nongstoiñ.
