NONGSTOIN:
A bloodied dead body of a man was recovered behind a wall of the Nongstoin-Shillong highway road, in Jaidohkhroh village, Ksehkohong, West Khasi Hills District, on February 4.
According to sources, the victim, identified as Donbokstarlin Syiem Shangoi (30) hailed from Umsaw Tyllang, West Khasi Hills. Reports stated that it could be a homicide case.
The body was found by passers-by at around 3 pm, who immediately reported the incident to the authorities of Ksehkohlong, who later alerted the police.
