Amidst the vibrant celebration of Durga Puja, the Nongpoh Ram Mandir has unveiled a breathtaking spectacle that marries tradition and scientific marvel. The Nongpoh Ram Mandir is now adorned with a replica of Chandrayan-3, offering a glimpse of the cosmos to ignite the scientific curiosity of students from Ri Bhoi District. This display not only pays homage to cultural heritage but also stands as a guiding star, encouraging young minds to embark on a journey of scientific exploration.

He expressed concerns about the prevailing educational trend in the district, where many students tend to favour arts and commerce, often overlooking the vast realm of scientific knowledge.
