TURA:
Agatha K Sangma, Member of Parliament from Tura, took a significant step towards local development on Wednesday by laying the foundation for the construction of a Boulder Sausage along the River bank of Simsang (from Rompa bridge to Baptist Cementary) and the Construction of a Community Hall at Jatrakona Adhic UP School Hall in Baghmara. The special program took place in Don Bosco Hall.
In her address, Agatha K Sangma expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma for allocating funds from the CM’s Development Funds for the construction of bridges, school buildings, and other vital infrastructure projects. She emphasized that this initiative is playing a crucial role in accelerating development across the Garo Hills and the entire state.
Additionally, the Tura MP commended the district officers for their dedicated efforts, acknowledging their pivotal role in the successful implementation of such projects. She emphasized that the presence of capable officials and a dedicated team has been instrumental in making these developments a reality.
