SHILLONG:
Indian Army’s Additional Director General of Infantry, Major General Rajiv Chhibber, Sena Medal, visited the 58 Gorkha Training Centre (GTC) and Assam Regimental Centre from January 27 to 28, 2023. The visit was to review the training of the first Agniveer batches taking place in both institutions.
The General Officer, on January 28, inspected the training activities being undertaken for the Agniveers and interacted with the first batch of trainees.
During the interaction, he congratulated the Agniveers for choosing the Indian Army as their preferred choice of service and motivated them to pursue their career paths with vigour and passion to achieve higher goals for the Nation and themselves.
