SHILLONG:
Members of the Hynniewtrep Integrated Territorial Organization (HITO) carried out a car rally from Lad Smit till Motphran on January 30 in support of a transparent electoral process, with just a few weeks left for Meghalaya to go to polls.
The rally kick-started from Lad Smit to Laitkor, Madanriting, Firebrigade point, St Edmunds School, Dhanketi, Civil Point, Boucher Road, and Grand Hotel point and concluded at Motphran for a short meeting, to spread awareness on electoral transparency.
