SHILLONG:
Thma U Rangli Juki (TUR) leader Angela Rangad and Pastor Kyrsoibor Pyrtuh are all set to throw their hats in the electoral ring with KAM Meghalaya nominating them for the 2023 assembly elections in the state.
Rangad wiill contest from South Shillong and Pyrtuh will contest from North Shillong respectively.
Addressing reporters at their office at Harisabha Laban on Thursday, Pyrtuh appealed to voters of North Shillong to extend support to him.
“I also call upon the citizens of the state that now is the right time to rebuild public governance,” he said.
Rangad said, “Right from the beginning, we want to be transparent and we will inform the public how much we have, our expenditure every now and then.”
