SHILLONG:
Members of the Naga Students’ Union (NSU), Delhi called on Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma in Delhi to propose a common Northeast Platform to address issues relating to students and residents from the region, residing across the country.
NSU also proposed to set up a call centre helpline to take up specific issues related to Northeast people, including a blood donors directory for residents travelling for medical purposes and an NE MP forum to take up admissions of patients from the region to premier hospitals in the country.
