Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) Airport has provided a boost to app-based cab aggregation in a move aimed at improving the level of customer services.
One premium cab agency, Wise Travel India Pvt Ltd, has started offering its services at the airport, providing travellers with a variety of options for meeting their commuting needs while arriving at and departing from this gateway airport of the North East.
The airport has set up a dedicated staging space in front of the arrival hall. Passengers can reserve their ride in advance on the toll-free number or when they arrive in the airport.
This service will benefit passengers like women traveling alone, business clients, first-time travellers besides passengers with reduced mobility.
