GUWAHATI:
The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has revised the timings of some long-distance trains for operational reasons.
The trains include- (12423/12424) Dibrugarh–New Delhi–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express, (20501/20502) Agartala–Anand Vihar (T)–Agartala Tejas Rajdhani Express, (20503/ 20504) Dibrugarh–New Delhi\–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express and (15909/15910) Dibrugarh–Lalgarh–Dibrugarh Avadh Assam Express.
All these trains will run with revised timings of arrival and departure at a few stations over this zone.
Moreover, stoppages of a few trains which have been provided on an experimental basis at few stations for a period of six months have been extended for three more months from March 6, 2022.
According to the NFR, train No. 12423/12424 Dibrugarh–New Delhi–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express will run with revised timings from march 7,
Train No. 20501/20502 Agartala–Anand Vihar (T)–Agartala Tejas Rajdhani Express will run with revised timings leaving Agartala from March 7 and leaving Anand Vihar (T) from March 9.
Train No 20503/20504 Dibrugarh–New Delhi–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express will run with revised timings from March 8.
Train No 15909/15910 Dibrugarh – Lalgarh–Dibrugarh Avadh Assam Express will run with revised timings from March 7.
“The details of arrival/departure timings of these trains are available on IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NF Railway. Passengers should check the details before undertaking their journey,” an NFR press release stated here on Sunday.
The following trains stoppage will continue for another three months:
12377/12378 (Sealdah–New Alipurduar–Sealdah Padatik Express) at Dalkhola and Samsi stations; 13161/13162 (Kolkata–Balurghat–Kolkata Express) at Rampur Bazar and Eklakhi station stations; 13149/13150 (Sealdah–Alipurduar–Sealdah Kanchankanya Express) at Banarhat station; 15657/15658 (Brahmaputra Mail) at Samsi station; 15463/15464 (Balurghat–SiliguriJn–Balurghat Intercity) at Naksalbari station; 22611/22612 (Chennai Central–New Jalpaiguri-Chennai Central SF Express) at Aluabari Road and Harishchandrapur stations; 13281/13282 (Dibrugarh–Rajendra Nagar T–Dibrugarh Express) at Mathabhanga and Jalpaiguri Road stations; 13147/13148 (Uttarbanga Express) at New Maynaguri station; 15905/15906 (Vivek Express) at Mathabhanga station and 12345/12346 (Saraighat Express) at Falakata station.
