The National People’s Youth Front (NPYF) recently met the Joint Commissioner of the Special Police Unit for North East Region (SPUNER), PN Khrimey, in New Delhi to discuss issues relating to the people from the Northeast, staying in the national capital.
The NPYF is the youth wing of the Conrad Sangma-led National People’s Party (NPP).
Led by its National Youth President Nickey Nongkhlaw, the NPYF, and the top cop discussed and deliberated issues and concerns related to the North East community in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR).
“We emphasised on the initiatives being taken up by NPP National People’s Youth Front under the banner of ‘One Voice! One North East’ and offered our support and cooperation in assisting our North East Community,” the NPYF said.
They also appreciated the initiatives that have been taken up consistently by SPUNER for the North East community.
“Under the dynamic leadership and guidance of the National President of NPP Conrad K Sangma, the NPYF is looking forward to working tirelessly for the people of North East community in Delhi, in particular and across metro cities of India in general,” it added.
