“We will see after the preliminary inquiry what was the probable cause, and who were the people behind this incident. Those responsible will not be spared,” Bishnoi told media persons on the sidelines of a programme at State Central Library premises on June 26.
Meanwhile, Home Minister Prestone Tynsong refused to comment on the issue, saying he is yet to receive any information on the matter.
It may be mentioned that a police gypsy was set ablaze by miscreants at Mawlai Mawroh, on June 25. The gypsy bearing registration number ML 02 0603 was parked at the residential quarters of the Police Training School (PTS), Umran.
