Members of the Ri Bhoi Youth Movement (RBYM) on September 29 met the family of Nisha Nongbet, the victim who was allegedly killed by her partner Dil Bahadur Thapa at Pahamsyiem, Nongpoh on September 26.
Speaking to the Meghalayan, the vice-president of RBYM, M. Marak, said that the culprit must be imprisoned for life and should never get bail. The RBYM members also offered financial assistance to the family of the deceased.
