Social activist Agnes Kharshiing has sought information under Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 of the report of the Judicial Inquiry Commission on the death of former Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) general secretary Cheristerfield Thangkhiew.
Retired Justice T Vaiphei, who headed the judicial probe into the killing of Thangkhiew on May 20, submitted his report to Chief Minister Conrad Sangma recently.
