Salrime M Sangma makes mother proud by securing 3rd in SSLC exams

Salrime M Sangma, a student of St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Tura, was raised by a single mother who runs a small shop and could not afford to pay for tuition. Despite these challenges, she succeeded.

Salrime M Sangma, a third rank holder in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination conducted by the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE), is thankful to her mother for her support all through her school life.

Salrime M Sangma, a student of St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Tura, was raised by a single mother who runs a small shop and could not afford to pay for tuition. Despite these challenges, she succeeded.

Sangma shared her position with Tanushri Acharjee of St Margaret HS School in Shillong and Ritam Deep Chaowdhury of Sherwood School, Tura.

St. Xavier’s HS School, Tura organised a special programme to felicitate their successful student and sang the traditional school anthem.
