SHILLONG:
St Paul Higher Secondary school was crowned the overall Champions at the District level Inter-school Athletic meet 2022 on Thursday.
The District Level Inter-school Athletic meet was held at NSCA football ground at Pahamsyiem Nongpoh.
The event was organised by the office of the District Sports Office of Ri Bhoi District St paul Higher Secondary school claimed overall 28 medals,which included 12 gold,4 silver and 12 bronze.
The best team for girls under-14 was given to St.John Secondary School of Jyntru,U-14 boys was given to Little Blossom Secondary school,U-16 girls was given to St.Alfred and the boys side was given to St.Joseph’s secondary school and finally the U-18 both boys and girls was taken by St .Paul’s Higher Secondary school.
The Athletic meet 2022 was attended by the MLA of Jirang constituency as the chief guest Paidalin, the District school Education officer was the Guest of honour, Bobby L Nongbet and many other officials and members of the RBDSA also graced the event.
