TURA:
West Garo Hills police have busted one of the biggest contraband shipments in Garo Hills, with a confiscation of the narcotic drug Yaba tablets from a vehicle that entered Garo Hills from neighbouring Assam.
According to the police, during routine checking police from Rongsai outpost of Tikrikilla stopped a pickup truck and on inspection found approximately two kgs of the yaba tablets hidden inside the vehicle.
The vehicle has been seized along with the driver.
