The office of the Superintendent of Police, Ri Bhoi district, extended the heartiest congratulations to Head Constables, J. Nongbet, P. Umyiap, B. Suchiang and A. Lyngkhoi of Ri Bhoi (DEF) on their promotion to Sub-Inspector rank.
