NONGPOH:
In order to spread awareness on the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ campaign, Jorabat Police took out a bike rally carrying the national flag, raising ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ slogans, on August 13.
The rally commenced from Jorabat outpost and concluded at a nearby locality under the outpost of NH37. The bikers spread awareness on the 75th Independence Day of India and the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign among people.
The event was attended by ACP Sudhakar Singh of East Kamrup along with other police officers. Local people and the traffic police also participated in the rally.
