SHILLONG:
After 40 years, Mawlai will get two link roads- Mawlai Motsyiar to Mawlai Umjaiur and the construction of cement concrete motorable road from Long Round road to Riat Medi upto Mawlai Nongpdeng which are 0.459 km and 0.120 km respectively.
The cost of the road construction is approximately Rs 2 crore.
Deputy Chief Minister and in-charge of PWD (Roads), Prestone Tynsong, laid the foundation stone of the roads in the presence of Mawlai MDC Teiborlang Pathaw.
