NONGPOH:
With an aim to encourage the youth, Ri Bhoi Youth Federation (RBYF) on Friday felicitated Top 10 SSLC and Top 20 HSSLC students who recently cleared MBOSE examinations, in a programme at Nongpoh.
Traditional shawl and momentous were presented to the meritorious students as token of appreciation.
In the programme held at St. Paul Higher secondary School Auditorium hall, the RBYFÂ central body has also announced two years scholarship to two students- Silvester Shadap from St. Paul Higher Secondary School, Nongpoh and Laniewkyrpang Nongrum from Holy Angel Secondary School, Bhoirymbong.
The programme was also attended by Nongpoh MLA, Mayralborn Syiem, Fr. Peter Syiemlieh, Deputy SP of Ri Bhoi Police B Diengngan, Bipul Thangkhiew President RBYF central body and others.
