SHILLONG:
Spreading joy and happiness this festive season, the Students Christian Movement of India (SCMI), Nongpoh town, on December 21, donated blankets to 19 families of Sohkpu, a remote village under Umling C&RD Block.
The donation drive, a part of the Christmas Makeover 2023, was attended by Rev. P.S. Tmung, Church Minister Ri Bhoi Presbyterian Synod, in presence of Baiaithrang Khonglah, Program Secretary of SCMI Meghalaya Region, and HB Lyngdoh Advisor CMI Nongpoh Unit among others.
Speaking at the programme Tmung enlightened the public on trusting the almighty and inculcating good deeds through God.
