SHILLONG:
Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma attended the DCs and SDO (Civil) Conference in Shillong on October 5, wherein he laid down the government’s mission for the next 5 years to revamp different sectors.
During the conference, the CM laid down ‘Plan 10’- Meghalaya’s Next Chapter, a cross sector reform plan of action focused on Human Development, Primary Sector, Infrastructure Development, Private Sector Engagement, Green Governance and Citizen-Centric Governance.
The CM also released the SDG Meghalaya booklet on initiatives to improve SDGs of Meghalaya from block to district level and also launched the DC Connect Initiative which aims to initiate timely decision making on administrative matters and better implementation of schemes.
